UNDER INVESTIGATION

I posted on my company wall again. I think they might delete it, so as always, I post it here. Hello Brothers and Sisters! I post this as I believe we can ALL create a safer place working with each other. SAFETY IS EVERYONES RESPONSIBILITY. No matter what your title, position or department, if YOU believe something is unsafe, PLEASE TELL YOUR LEAD, SUPERVISOR, Logan or me in the Honing Dept near Toms office toward the front office. Just ask for Mark, someone will send you to me. I believe we can all do far greater/SAFER in this new year than previous years. It will take each and everyone of us to make this happen. Please, stop texting and such and STEP UP AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR ALL OF US! Well, Our Company made the News today and this is not good. We created a Safety Committee at the guidance of a very talented man about 3 months ago. I am a member of this Team and we are diligently striving to correct issues and create a Culture where Safety is first and foremost to all.
